Compensation: $40 to $50 per hour
We are seeking experienced, warm, and highly attentive nannies to provide childcare support during a wedding event. The role will involve caring for a 3-month-old baby, as well as infants and toddlers, in a safe, calm, and nurturing manner throughout the celebration.
The ideal candidate has strong infant and toddler experience, is comfortable working in an event setting, and can help create a smooth and reassuring experience for both children and parents.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing attentive care for a 3-month-old, infants, and toddlers during the wedding.
- Feeding babies and young children according to parent instructions.
- Changing diapers and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.
- Comforting, soothing, and settling infants as needed.
- Supervising toddlers closely and keeping them safe and engaged.
- Organizing quiet, age-appropriate play and activities.
- Assisting with naps, bottle feeding, and bedtime routines if needed.
- Maintaining a calm, patient, and nurturing presence in a busy event environment.
- Communicating clearly with parents regarding each child’s needs and well-being.
- Ensuring children remain safe, comfortable, and well cared for throughout the event.
Required qualities:
- Strong newborn, infant, and toddler experience.
- Calm, kind, patient, and highly dependable.
- Comfortable working in a wedding or special-event setting.
- Able to manage multiple young children with care and good judgment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
- Must be attentive, safety-focused, and able to follow parent instructions carefully.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ solid years of nanny (infant, toddler) experience.
- Excellent references from both current and previous employers.
- Ability to work independently.
- Must speak and be able to communicate well in English.
- Authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
- Valid Driver's license and clean driving record.
