Hours: 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM (Must work the 8 hrs within the time frame)
Compensation: $160k to $185k per year, Paid via W2 (on the books)

A private household is seeking an experienced full-time live-in household team to support the daily care and operation of the residence. One position focuses on housekeeping, laundry, and wardrobe management, while the other focuses on household management, butler service, cooking, and property support. This is a long-term opportunity for two professional, discreet, and dependable individuals with private household experience.
Main Responsibilities:
Housekeeper:
- Perform detailed daily housekeeping and maintain the home to a consistently high standard.
- Deep clean and care for all rooms, surfaces, furnishings, and household areas.
- Handle laundry, ironing, steaming, folding, and garment care.
- Manage wardrobe organization, including closet upkeep, seasonal rotations, and proper care of clothing and accessories.
- Change bed linens and maintain bedrooms and bathrooms.
- Keep the home neat, orderly, and guest-ready at all times.
- Monitor housekeeping supplies and household essentials.
- Assist with home organization projects and maintain an orderly household environment.
House Manager/Butler/Chef:
- Prepare daily meals for the household and manage kitchen operations.
- Plan menus, shop for groceries, and maintain a clean, organized kitchen.
- Provide butler-style service and general household support as needed.
- Oversee aspects of the home’s day-to-day operation to help ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Perform light interior cleaning and assist with hands-on household tasks when needed.
- Manage exterior cleaning and upkeep of outdoor household areas.
- Set out, clean, maintain, and store summer/outdoor furniture.
- Assist with wine management, including organization and maintenance of the wine collection.
- Help coordinate household needs, anticipate issues, and provide proactive support to the principals.
- Ensure the residence is well-maintained, organized, and operating efficiently.
- Run household errands, including shopping, pickups, and other household-related tasks as needed.
Ideal Qualifications:
- Prior experience working in a private household as a domestic team is strongly preferred.
- Strong housekeeping experience with excellent knowledge of laundry and wardrobe management.
- Experience in household management, butler service, and private home cooking.
- Comfortable handling both formal and informal household support.
- Ability to perform both interior and exterior household responsibilities.
- Professional, discreet, trustworthy, and service-oriented.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well together as a team.
- Organized, proactive, and capable of managing responsibilities independently.

Requirements:

- Valid Driver's license and clean driving record.
