Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Hours: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with flexibility as needed. This could also be for three days if you are not available full-time
Compensation: $100,000–$150,000 per year, W-2 (on the books)

A private family is seeking a highly organized and experienced Private Household Operations Manager to oversee daily household logistics, family scheduling, vendor coordination, and operational systems for a busy private residence.
This role is best suited for a polished professional with prior experience supporting a private home, family office, estate, or high-level executive household environment. The ideal candidate is calm, proactive, discreet, and able to keep multiple moving parts organized without needing constant direction.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage household and family calendars, including school, medical, camp, activity, and appointment schedules.
  • Coordinate vendors, service providers, household maintenance, and outside professionals.
  • Track household projects and ensure follow-through from start to completion.
  • Maintain organized systems for communication, scheduling, records, and household routines.
  • Help prevent last-minute disruptions by anticipating needs and solving problems early.
  • Coordinate transportation logistics, driver communication, and backup coverage when needed.
  • Support household operations, family logistics, errands, mail, supplies, and administrative needs.
  • Maintain confidentiality and protect the family’s time, privacy, and personal information.

Ideal Candidate:
  • Prior experience in a private home, family office, estate, or executive-support setting.
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
  • Excellent judgment, discretion, and communication.
  • Comfortable coordinating vendors, staff, schedules, and household projects.
  • Calm under pressure and able to manage shifting priorities.
  • Professional, trustworthy, and service-minded.
  • Able to work independently while keeping the family informed.
