A busy family in Pleasantville, NY is seeking a warm, responsible, and proactive Household Assistant/Nanny to help manage afternoon routines, children’s activities, light meal support, and household organization.
This role also includes light household organization during downtime, with a focus on keeping children’s spaces, groceries, pantry, refrigerator, clothing, toys, and school materials neat and organized. There are three children in the home.
Responsibilities:
- Pick up and drive three children locally to and from school, sports, activities, and appointments.
- Manage afternoon schedules and help keep the family routine on track.
- Prepare and organize sports gear, school backpacks, and activity items.
- Assist with homework, art projects, outdoor play, and age-appropriate activities.
- Prepare and clean up family dinners.
- Put away groceries and maintain pantry and refrigerator organization.
- Keep children’s bedrooms, toys, clothing, and belongings tidy and organized.
- Declutter old toys, school papers, and children’s items during downtime.
- Assist with broader household organization projects as needed.
- Take initiative to help prep, organize, and keep the household running smoothly.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of household assistant/nanny experience in a private home.
- Excellent driving skills and a clean driving record.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation.
