Position Details: Full-Time, Live-Out
Location: Bridgehampton, NY
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
Days Off: Wednesday and Sunday
Hours: Generally 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM, with flexibility for a 9:00 AM start as needed. Saturdays typically begin at 11:00 AM and run until 8:00 or 9:00 PM.
Compensation: $85,000–$95,000 per year
Additional Benefits: Paid time off for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s; paid vacation; gas reimbursement for extended use of personal vehicle

A private household in Bridgehampton, NY is seeking an experienced, proactive, and detail-oriented Full-Time Housekeeper to maintain the home to a high standard and support the smooth day-to-day running of the household. The ideal candidate is polished, reliable, and comfortable working independently while providing thoughtful, non-medical support to an elderly couple with some physical limitations. There is one dog in the home.
Main Work Duties:
- Perform detailed daily housekeeping and maintain the home in immaculate condition.
- Handle all household laundry, including washing, folding, ironing, steaming, and proper garment care.
- Provide proper care for high-end furnishings, finishes, and household items.
- Monitor and maintain household supplies, groceries, and pantry stock.
- Help ensure the home is organized, well-maintained, and running smoothly on a daily basis.
- Coordinate with and interact with household vendors, including landscapers, plumbers, and other service professionals.
- Take initiative in managing household needs and making sound day-to-day decisions.
- Occasionally assist with light meal prep as needed.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of solid housekeeping experience in a large private home.
- Excellent references from both current and previous employers.
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- Must speak and communicate well in English.
- Authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
