(During the summer months, the schedule may shift when the principal is traveling.)
Hours: Approximately 5 hours per day, flexible between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM
Compensation: $30–$40 per hour

A private family in Miami Beach, FL is seeking a polished, proactive, and highly organized Part-Time Family Assistant to provide support to both the household and the principal’s professional life. This is a hybrid role that combines executive assistant-style responsibilities with hands-on family and household support. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to move seamlessly between office-related tasks and private home responsibilities with professionalism and discretion.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide childcare support as needed.
- Assist with household management and help keep the home running smoothly.
- Perform light housekeeping and organization of household spaces.
- Handle calendar management, scheduling, and appointment coordination.
- Manage errands, including shopping and household-related tasks.
- Place and track household orders through Instacart, Amazon, and other services.
- Assist with travel planning and related logistics.
- Support meal prep and help monitor household inventory.
- Provide lifestyle management support and help coordinate day-to-day needs.
- Assist with office and administrative tasks as needed.

Cooking Requirement:

The right candidate will be resourceful, discreet, adaptable, and able to transition smoothly between professional and personal responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ solid years of family assistant experience in a private household.
- Excellent references from both current and previous employers.
- Ability to work independently.
- Must speak and be able to communicate well in English.
- Authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
- Valid Driver's license and clean driving record.
