We are seeking an experienced, highly skilled, and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper for a luxury private residence in Bridgehampton, NY. The ideal candidate is a hands-on professional with exceptional housekeeping, laundry, garment care, and organizational skills. This position requires someone who takes full ownership of the home's daily upkeep, maintains impeccable standards, and proactively anticipates household needs. The successful candidate will also assist with vendor coordination, household maintenance, and ensuring the residence remains organized, polished, and guest-ready.
Main Work Duties:
- Perform detailed daily housekeeping and deep cleaning throughout the residence, maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness.
- Maintain bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and common spaces in pristine, guest-ready condition.
- Manage all household laundry, including washing, drying, ironing, steaming, and proper garment and wardrobe care.
- Make beds, change linens, and maintain organized closets, wardrobes, and storage areas.
- Provide specialized care for fine furnishings, artwork, antiques, delicate fabrics, and specialty surfaces.
- Maintain household organization, establish efficient housekeeping routines, and ensure all areas remain orderly and well-maintained.
- Monitor household inventories, cleaning supplies, linens, and essential products, arranging replenishment as needed.
- Coordinate vendors, contractors, maintenance appointments, and deliveries, ensuring services are completed to the household's standards.
- Identify maintenance concerns, report issues promptly, and assist with coordinating necessary repairs.
- Prepare the residence for family arrivals, guests, special occasions, and seasonal transitions.
- Handle household shopping, errands, and special organizational projects as needed.
- Communicate effectively with the family and other household professionals, independently prioritizing tasks to ensure the smooth daily operation of the residence.

- Extensive experience with detailed housekeeping, deep cleaning, and maintaining high-end homes.
- Exceptional laundry, ironing, steaming, and wardrobe care skills.
- Strong knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and the care of fine furnishings, antiques, artwork, delicate fabrics, and specialty surfaces.
- Proven ability to independently manage daily housekeeping responsibilities and maintain consistent standards.
- Experience coordinating household vendors, contractors, and maintenance services.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Excellent, verifiable professional references.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
